A reference site for the calculators, frameworks, and definitions that come up over and over in operating, analyzing, or investing in a business. No accounts, no tracking, no ads, no newsletter.

What this is

AllBusiness is a static reference site. Every calculator runs entirely in your browser; no inputs are sent anywhere. Every page is plain HTML and CSS, with small per-page JavaScript only where it provides actual function (calculators and search). The site is designed to be useful, fast, and bookmarkable — closer in spirit to a high-quality wiki than to a content-marketing blog.

What this isn't

• Not a blog. We don't publish news, opinion pieces, trend articles, or year-end roundups. The content here is evergreen.
• Not an advisor. Calculators and explanations are tools and references; they aren't legal, accounting, tax, investment, or strategic advice for your specific situation.
• Not a directory. We don't link out to vendor lists, "best of" articles, or sponsored content.
• Not collecting your data. The site sets one item in localStorage — your light/dark theme preference. Nothing else is stored, no cookies are set, no analytics are loaded by default.

How we wrote it

The content was written and reviewed by people with operating, finance, and analyst experience. Where definitions or formulas have legitimate variations across jurisdictions or schools of thought, we note the variation rather than picking arbitrarily. Where calculations rely on assumptions, we surface the assumptions rather than hiding them. Where a framework has known weaknesses, we describe them — pretending tools are universally applicable produces worse decisions, not better ones.

How to use the site

Start from the homepage for the categorized index, or jump straight to calculators, frameworks, or the glossary. Search (press / on any page) is the fastest way to get to a specific topic. The site is fully usable on mobile and works with JavaScript disabled (calculators excluded).

Privacy and tracking

The site loads no third-party scripts by default. No analytics, no fonts, no tracking pixels, no advertising. Your light/dark theme preference is stored in your browser's localStorage and never leaves your device. The site can be self-hosted by anyone with no infrastructure beyond static file hosting.
